Is there a fee for submitting an abstract?
No, there is no fee to submit. If your abstract is accepted, however, you must register for the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fee.
I have previously presented my abstract. Can I still submit my abstract for LLM?
Encore abstracts will be allowed if they contain new data. During the submission process you will be asked if the abstract has been presented before, when you say yes you will be prompted to submit the original abstract as a reference.
Abstracts will not be considered for presentation if they have been or will be published as an article (includes manuscripts accepted for publication) in either printed or electronic format before the embargo date of October 14, 2025
Abstracts will not be considered for presentation if they have been duplicated in any way
If I cannot attend the live meeting in New York, will my abstract still be published in the journal and the Conference App?
Yes, by being accepted, your abstract will automatically be published in the journal supplement as well as be available to attendees via our Conference App.
I cannot attend the conference, but a fellow author wants to attend and present in my place. Is this possible?
Yes.
I have more information I’d like to provide with attendees that won’t fit on my poster. Can I provide handouts?
Rather than providing handouts on site, we recommend adding a QR code to your poster that links to the additional information.
Do I need to register for the conference after being accepted?
Yes, you must register in order to present a poster at LLM.
Are there any embargoes or restrictions on publishing the abstracts before or during the LLM Annual meeting?
Yes, the complete abstract data is under embargo until after the conference on October 15, 2025.
Who holds the copyright to the abstracts?
The authors hold the copyright to the submitted abstracts and posters. LL&M Congress does NOT retain the copyright to the posters presented at past or future conferences.
